Much of the  FCB  working day revolves around team work, so the Run is typical of the efforts that FCB staff  make to enhance cooperation and communication.4. L.L. It’s very fitting, then, that their most recent team-building excursion was in the ‘great outdoors’. In May 2016, the staff  were treated to  an amazing morale-boosting team-building event, when a group of 31 personnel spent the weekend in Paris.6. For the staff to function effectively, communication is vital, and so is a healthy outlook.
